The Velena Johnson Award
is a $1,000 award given annually to an undergraduate Soror at each of the five HBCUs in Louisiana. (Dillard University, Grambling State University, Southern University BR, Southern University NOLA, and Xavier University)
LINDA DUNLAP COSEY ESSAY CONTEST
The Linda Dunlap Cosey Scholarship program honors outstanding high school seniors in the greater Baton Rouge area for their outstanding academic achievements. Up to five $2,000 cash scholarships will be awarded based on the completion of a written essay with scoring of 80% and above, academic excellence.
